1) Say Goodbye to Makeup Sponges
The problem with makeup sponges is everytime you use them they suck in all the liquid Foundation, causing you to use less Foundation and running out faster. Also causing you to buy new sponges. Use a Foundation Brush. It doesn’t leave any Foundation behind and it creates a more natural look. Get rid of sponges and start saving money!
2) No Makeup Remover? Try Lotion!
I hate it when I run out of Makeup wipes or Makeup remover because I have to use soap and water. Which doesn’t really combine well. Try Lotion. Any lotion works, but I recommend face lotion! I use “Ponds” when I run out of Makeup Remover. Lotion actually works really well. Get’s through tough places like Waterproof Mascara! Try it. Think of it as a Makeup remover.
3) Exfoliate Your Lips
Dry, chapped lips are the worst. To ensure that your puckers are in perfect condition, I recommend exfoliating your lips. To do this, apply lip balm to your lips, then using a toothbrush or clean mascara wand, scrub your lips (don’t be too rough). Then, use a tissue to wipe away excess flakes. You’ll have a perfect lips in no time.
4) Clean You’re Makeup Brushes
Make sure you clean your makeup brushes regularly to avoid a buildup of makeup residue and bacteria. You can purchase makeup brush cleaner from a beauty store. But you can simply use shampoo and conditioner to clean your brushes as you would your own hair.
5) Add Eye Drops To You’re Mascara
We have to replace Mascara around 3-4 months. If you’re mascara is dry or clulmpy, Add any eye drops and the mascara will be as brand new.
6) Make Eyes Appear Bigger
If you don’t own a white liner pencil, you should buy one if you want to make your eye’s bigger. Instead of applying black liner on your water line apply white liner and it should give it some pop.
7) Heat You’re Lash Curler
Hold a blow dryer up next to you eye lash curler for 5 seconds. Its like a striaghtner. It will leave your lashes curly for the whole day.
8) Use Your Finger To Blend
Brushes aren’t always the best at everything. Using your finger to blend eye shadow or foundation gives it a more natural look. But its always better to use you’re finger when applying concealer.
9) Freeze Your Eye Liner
Is you’re liquid liner sometimes clumpy? Freeze it for about 15 min. Let it cool for about 3 min. Once done shake its for about 5 sec. Your eye liner will be slim and easy to use.
10) Use Bronzer
Adding bronzer to your face always makes you look a little slimmer. Adding glow to your beautiful faces. You can also contour with bronzer.
11) Apply Tape Before Applying Makeup
If you apply tape on your eyes diagonally before applying eye shadow, your eye shadow will create a straight line so your eye shadow can look alike and clean; not messy.
12) Use Primer
Primer makes your Makeup stay on longer and looks more neat. Make sure you use the right primer! Ex. Face & Eye’s.
13) The Power Of Red/Orange Lipstick
Apply either Red or Orange lipstick (Any brand) under and above you’re Eye’s, to get rid of dark spots. (Way better then concealer). Then just continue with your daily makeup routine. You will be amazed!
